Dear all colleagues, 

We are writing to express my great appreciation for attending and delivering such an excellent work  at the 12th Korean-Japan-China Pediatric Heart Forum in Jeju. We thought that it put your work and cooperation across very clearly and a great insight into life in the front line of pediatric cardiology. 

The 12th Korean-Japan-China Pediatric Heart Forum would not have been possible without so many distinguished colleagues. It was very kind of you to find time in your busy schedule both to attend the conference and to put so much effort into preparing your presentation and contribution. 

We would like to pass on my gratitude to you for the important part you played in ensuring the event’s success.  We hope that you were able to enjoy your time in Jeju and to gain much from both professional and social aspects of the gathering.
