  Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be accepted

Abstract submission

• All abstracts must be written in English only
• Abstract submission website is accessible at URL and click the abstract submission menu of the The 16th Annular Conference of Korea Pediatric Heart Society and 12th Korean-China-Japan Pediatric Heart Forum.
• Click the 'abstract Submission' button below.
• Contents of Abstract are as follows:
  • Title: Each word should be started with a capital letter.
  • Presenting Author & Co-Author Names: Use comma (,) between co-authors. Underline Presenting Author and asterisk(*) for Corresponding Author*.
  • Name: Put first name, middle name, followed by the last name.
  • Affiliation: Use superscripted number (UCLA1) if there are more than one name and affiliation.
  • Corresponding author: Name, Address with postal/Zip code, Phone and FAX number including the country code, E-mail address
  • Text (around 400 words) in structural format of an abstract including objective, methods, results, conclusions.
  • No figure/No table.

POSTER PRESENTER GUIDELINES

• Poster Size
  The Poster Boards used have a maximum usable surface that 120cm tall by 90cm wide. Posters can be any size up to this maximum.
  The submitter assigned poster board for the entire time allotted for viewing, and to remove it at the time specified.
  If an abstract is accepted for poster presentation, information concerning the date, time and board number will be sent to the presenting author.
• Poster Set-Up
  Posters should be mounted on the assigned poster board between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. on March 25th day of your presentation in HALLA hall , 8th Floor of Ramada Plaza Jeju hotel. Posters remain on the boards for the full day assigned.
  Set Up Time: Between 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. on the day that you present
  Thumb Tacks/Push Pins: Will be available for all Poster Presenters inside of HALLA hall or registration desk.
• Poster Removal
  Posters must be dismantled on the day of your presentation between the following hours:
  : 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  Posters remaining on the boards after this time will be discarded.
